Product Returns

Due to the custom nature of our textile products, including made-to-measure curtains, drapes, and fabric treatments:

• Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun
• We encourage thorough review of fabric samples before ordering
• Consultations help ensure your selections meet your expectations

Ready-Made Products

For ready-made textile products purchased from Svryxellbroz:

• Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase
• Products must be unused and in original packaging
• Original receipt or proof of purchase required
• Refunds processed within 10 business days of receiving returned items

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product or if there is an error with your order:

• Contact us immediately upon discovery of the issue
• Provide photographs of the defect when possible
• We will arrange for replacement or repair at no additional cost
• In cases where replacement is not possible, we will issue a full refund

Exchange Process

To exchange a product:
